Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to keep your reservation, we ask that you notify us five working days prior to your scheduled date. There will be a $25 cancellation fee charged for late or no cancelations. You may cancel by calling Youth Education at 303-469-5441, Ext. 1863 and cannot be done online.

In the event of bad weather, you will not be required to give five days' notice to cancel your reservation and there will be no penalty fee.  When possible, notify us if weather prevents your school from attending, and we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your field trip.
