Payment Methods

We currently take onsite payment only.  Payment is due at the time of your field trip.

One person is responsible for paying for the entire group before the group enters the building.

The Butterfly Pavilion accepts cash, checks or credit cards.  We request one form of payment per group (no multiple checks please). 

PLEASE NOTE The total fees appearing on order forms or verifications generated by this online registration system are calculated using the number of students you entered.  Please remember to calculate any additional charges for extra students or adults when you prepare your check.

Any fees due must be paid on the day of your visit.  If your group has a prepared check and has fewer students than expected, you will be refunded the difference.  

Your group is responsible to pay for the number of people (students and adults) who actually attend the day of the trip, regardless of the number previously reserved.
